• Partner identification data (name, email, employee ID)
• Vacation selections and preferences
• System usage logs and activity timestamps
• Draft participation history
Information collected is used exclusively for:
• Managing the vacation draft process
• Ensuring fair allocation of vacation weeks
• Administrative reporting and compliance
• System maintenance and improvements
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure authentication and session management
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
Vacation selection data is retained for:
• Current year selections: Maintained throughout the calendar year
• Historical data: Archived for 3 years for reference and compliance
• System logs: Retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting
Your vacation selection data is only shared with:
• USAP HR Department for administration
• Practice management for scheduling purposes
• Other partners (vacation selections only, not personal data)
As a USAP partner, you have the right to:
• View your vacation selections and history
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Receive a copy of your stored data
